The individual offices exposed with RETROLuxTherm glazing are places on the south side. Additionally, the south facade has an outer layer with photovoltaic panels.

Through a central opening in the roof of the buildings interior is supplied with daylight.
The RETROFlexTherm system is reflecting the south sun and the diffuse sky. The view into the sky and the zenith is maintained.
