The company Clariant has built an innovation center for the Asian market in Shanghai. The four-story structure serves as a laboratory building and is equipped with a fixed sun protection system RETROLux 20mm inside in the sash frame.

The high-rise building serves as an administrative building and is equipped with a motorized RETROLux 50mm interior solar shading system, which is centrally controlled to adjust the slat tilt angle to the position of the sun. The slat tracking was simulated in Germany and imported into the installed hardware via the Internet.
