BlueWin-Hochhaus, Zurich

The Mobimo high-rise in Zurich was advertised for letting with the slogan ëCOOL, workplaces with a viewí.
The Bluewin is a refurbishment of a former administration building, which was given a new double- skin, ventilated facade.


On the south side, air is drawn in from below in summer and flows out at the top. The maximum temperature measured in the double-skin faÁade was < 40°C.

In winter, the warm air from the south faÁade is transferred to the north facade via the roof in the form of a siphon for temperature control.
